Ｏｒｃ Ｉｍｐａｌｅｒ

ＳＳｏＭのＱｕｅｓｔの続きとして作られた、比較的新しいＱｕｅｓｔです。

ＫｉｔｈｉｃｏｒのＲａｎｇｅｒ Ｇｕｉｌｄにて・・・・ＳＳｏＭが終わった時、[ａｎｏｔｈｅｒ Service]が出る・・らしいので・・・話し掛けてみます。

You say, 'what is another service ?' Morin Shadowbane says 'Very well then, your help will bring us closer to solving the mystery of Kithicor! Find Bryn Fynndel in the Lesser Faydark and tell him Morin sent you. His band of elven warriors are observing the activities of the Crushbone Orcs and Mistmoore dark elves, perhaps you can help them shed some light on our plight.

言われる通りに、Lesser FaydarkのBryn Fynndelを訪ねる事にします。彼は(-280,1270)辺りにあるお店の横に佇んでいます。

You say, 'hail Bryn Fynndel' You say, 'Morin sent me' Bryn Fynndel says 'Morin Shadowbane, the great ranger, sent you to assist us? A strong ranger you must be if he has sent you personally. There is a great evil stalking the land, and it has spread its tendrils into Kithicor Forest. We believe the [shadowed men] are involved with this somehow. You say, 'what is shadowed men ?' Bryn Fynndel says 'The shadowed men have recently begun to appear, with vile purposes unknown to us. Their leader wanders these woods with a contingent of guards. Bring us his code book, and we may learn more of their plans.

どうやらshadowed menのリーダーが持っているcode bookを持って来いと言っている様です。早速採りに行きます・・・・

Lesser FaydarkのGreater FaydarkのZone入り口から、ちょっと西に行った(1800,-500←見つけました＾＾；；）)の辺りに、(-348,-1825)のshadowed menのわく遺跡とは全く関係無く、約22分毎にrepopするクレリックタイプのshadowed menがいます。この子はpopするとすぐうろつき始めるのですが、北のZone際をうろうろしていればアイスクリームがふわふわ浮いているので、すぐに見つける事が出来ます。この子をちなす事・・・・10回以上・・・かな？ついにshadowed menのリーダーが現れました。 姿を写そうにも透明人間なので撮影出来ません＾＾；； Level30位だそうで、Level42のSelline，Level38のMottyのどちらからも青でした。魔法を使うタイプでは無かったので、返ってGHを使ってHPを回復するPlace Holderのクレリックタイプよりも楽な気がしました。 で、これを落として行きます。

早速、これをBryn Fynndelに渡しに行きます。

Bryn Fynndel says 'Excellent work, Selline! According to these codes, it seems the Ghoul Boss has been alerted to our probes now that his messenger is missing. We have a scout, Glidara Myllar, that may be in danger. Give her this note as soon as you can, she is in grave danger! You gain party experience!! Glidara Myllarに渡すようにと、この警告の手紙をもらいました。

Glidara Myllarは、(40,2250)辺りのアンデッドタワーの近くに佇んでいます。早速手紙を渡すことにしましょう。

Glidara Myllar says 'So the Ghoul Boss knows of our inquiries? I fear that villain not! In fact, we must find out how much information he has received. Invade the undead ruins nearby and retrieve his log. Take this Ring It will protect from his spells. Return my ring with his log book and we will hopefully crack the mystery of Kithicor. これを身につければ魔法の耐性が上がるからと言って、指輪を貸してくれました。

早速Ghoul Boss退治に出かけます。

Ghoul Bossは、アンデッドタワーの周りにＰＯＰするMammyやSkeltonをちなしていると、そのうちPOPします。ここのSpawn間隔は6分程なので、Shadowedman Leaderのspawnを待つよりも、随分気が楽です。実際には、ハズレshadowed manをちなした後、まっすぐ南西に走ってこのアンデッドタワーに来て、３巡戦っては、Shadowedman Leaderがpopする場所に戻る・・・と言うのを繰り返していました。 見た目は骸骨ですが、名前が表示されていません。Level低い人がうかつに攻撃すると完全にちなされますね。この子もLevel30位だそうで、Selline・Mottyのどちらからも青でした。それほど恐くは無かったみたいです。ふたりだと余裕でした。 で、これを落として行きました。

LogBookと借りた指輪を、Glidara Myllaに返しに行きます。

Glidara Myllar says 'Daring work, Selline. I'le imprinted my seal on this log so that only Morin may open it. Deliver the log to Morin. どうやら封印したlog Bookを、KithicorのMorinに届けるように言っている様です。

SellineにはMottyがいるからいいけど、Gateが使えないRangerには、なかなか厳しいQuestですね。頑張ってKithicorの森まで行って、Morinにこの本を渡すことにしましょう。

Morin Shadowbane says 'We meet again, Selline. The Ghoul Boss's log reveals much of the machinations of our dark oppressors, but not enough. Deliver these orders to Bryn in Lesser Faydark, and he will provide you with another weapon to aid in our defense of Kithicor. どうやら誉めて貰えた様です。そして、新しい指令がBrynに出された模様です。

急いでLesser Faydarkに戻り、この指令書をBryn Fynndelに渡しましょう。

Bryn Fynndel says 'The vile Ghoul Boss has been defeated! My new orders state to arm you with our finest weaponry. Take this, the mighty Orc Impaler. Safe journeys, brave adventurer. You gain party experience!!

ようやくOrc Impalerが貰えました。結構長いQuestだったかも知れませんね。

	そして、貰えたのがこの槍です。見た目はただの槍なのが残念です。せっかくのＱｕｅｓｔ武器なんですから、もうちょっと変わった形をしているとか、色が違うとかすれば良いのにね。でも、振りが早いし、ＳＴＲ・ＷＩＺがＵｐするので、ちょっと嬉しいかも・・・ ＾＾；； 左は装備したところ。
